 1 cup of wheat flour (140 grams)

 1 box of condensed milk (395 g)

 1 can of drained green corn (3 ears)

 200 milliliters of milk

 ½ cup of oil (120 milliliters)

 3 large eggs or 4 medium eggs

 50 grams of grated cheese

 1 tablespoon of baking powder

How to make Creamy corn cake with condensed milk and grated cheese:

Turn on the oven at 180ºC. In a blender, blend the liquid ingredients: condensed milk, milk, oil and eggs.

Tip: If you prefer, you can substitute condensed milk for 2 cups of sugar.
